Virtual Reality Home Design + Walkthrough

A Virtual Reality Walkthrough that showcases a fully built and fully decorated space. Built off of a set of PDF plans and decorated by our designers with full color and textures. Our designers take your instagram and pinterest inspiration photos or color boards and use them to inspire the feel of the entire home. It has been designed, decorated and furnished by our in house designers to help the client fully visualize the space and feel the potential of the space when it is fully decorated.

A fully built and furnished space built off of a set of PDF plans, black and white (no colors no textures) Virtual Reality Walkthrough. Built for a true understanding of the space as it has been designed, furnished by our in house designer to help the client fully visualize the space.

Website Walkthroughs

Specifically designed to showcase a home or building online. This package includes a Virtual Walkthrough that has been digitally built to showcase like a model home. Fully furnished and decorated straight out of a PDF floorplan. Decorated through color board inspirations or other homes that have already been built and showcased.

As a bonus, we can work with the builder to utilize the Virtual Reality Walkthrough as well within a model home or sales center to give the consumer the full walk through experience of the floorplans that have been digitally built.

What is Virtual Reality?

Virtual reality is the term used to describe a three-dimensional, computer generated environment which can be explored and interacted with by a person.

Can I bring my builder or architect to a virtual walkthrough?

YES! We highly encourage that the consumers architect or builder is present during the walkthrough.

Can I walkthrough and see an updated version of the plan after making changes in the initial walkthrough?

YES! Our services include an additional two hours of drafting changes after the architect finishes updated the plans as well as a second Virtual Walkthrough appointment.

Can you model the exterior of the home?

No, there are plenty of services that model the exterior of the home. We focus our time and energy on the interior where current services are lacking.

If the cost is per sq ft, can we just do one floor or not do the porches?

We strongly recommend to model the entire project so that we can fully and accurately convey the feel of the entire project. The porches change the feel of the rooms inside more than you would realize and we’ve found that it’s best to fully model everything under the roof.

What happens if we want a major redesign after our initial walkthrough and takes more than the allotted 2 hours?

We bill at an hourly rate.

I just love the Virtual Reality Walkthrough, can I book more time for me or my friends to walk through the home?

Yes, we can book our studio at an hourly rate for additional walkthroughs.

For Showcase Virtual Walkthroughs

Can you model the exact materials that we are installing in our homes?

No, we will do our best to match the look of the home and the products that you are using, but to keep the product more affordable we can only commit to a likeness of the product and not a replica.

Can we showcase different options that are offered in a neighborhood?

Yes, this is a great way to utilize this tool. We can model a home with the sunroom option as well as one without and give you the ability to show your consumer the difference in the virtual walkthrough or virtual reality walkthrough.
